Apologies were received from David Melding AM.
Apologies were also received from Julie James AM for whom Mick Antoniw AM substituted.

The Committee took evidence from Carl Sargeant AM, Minister for Housing and Regeneration.
The Committee also took evidence from Darren Millar AM, Member in charge of the Holdiay Caravan Parks (Wales) Bill.
5 Evidence in relation to the inquiry into disqualification of membership from the National Assembly for Wales
